Arkage in Milano seeks a creative Motion Graphics & AI Specialist to craft engaging animations and visual effects for digital content, integrating AI-driven techniques and 3D elements to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

You will collaborate with directors, designers and marketers to develop concepts, produce polished videos, oversee asset management, localization, and timely delivery across global campaigns, while upholding brand standards.

• Motion Graphics & AI Innovation: Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual effects for a variety of digital content.
• Video Production & Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos with clarity, flow and high visual impact.
• Content Versioning & Localization: Handle the daily production, resizing and adaptation of existing motion graphics assets for global markets. Implement text translations and layout adaptations across video materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance, with precision and attention to detail.
• Workflow & Asset Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Creative Collaboration: Develop concepts and storyboards, and work closely with creative directors, designers, marketers, art directors and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
