Liablix, a Bologna-based AI startup, offers a Content Creator & Creative Intern position to join on-site with hybrid possibilities. You will contribute to the full editorial process—from research and scripting to production, publishing, and analysis—for a new consumer-facing project.

You will research trends, craft hooks and scripts, edit short-form videos, and tailor content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.

Content Creator & Creative Intern B2C | Internship Full time

Who We Are

Insurance claims are still slow, manual, and often subjective. At Liablix, we’re changing that. We build AI that reconstructs road accidents, detects fraud, and helps insurers and professionals make faster, more objective decisions. Backed by leading international investors, we’re building one of Europe’s most ambitious AI startups. Now we’re working on a new consumer-facing project and looking for someone to help us create content people actually want to watch, share, and remember.

Why this internship is different

This isn’t a traditional social media internship. You'll work alongside our Brand & Growth Lead, founders, and other people involved in content production, contributing to the entire editorial process: from research and writing to production, publishing, analysis, and organization. You won't need to be the face of the content. Your main responsibility will be helping our content engine work effectively and consistently.

What You'll Do

• Research trends, memes, creators, audience interests, competitors, and relevant content formats.
• Constantly propose new ideas, recurring series, concepts, and creative experiments.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, titles, punchlines, and calls to action.
• Turn technical or potentially boring topics into simple, entertaining, and accessible content.
• Appear naturally in short-form videos when needed.
• Prepare and participate in recording sessions.
• Record content using smartphones, cameras, microphones, and basic production setups.
• Edit short-form videos, adding subtitles, graphics, B-roll, memes, sounds, and covers.
• Create and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Repurpose successful ideas into different formats.
• Track key performance metrics and understand what should be improved, repeated, or stopped.
• Read comments and audience reactions and turn them into new content ideas.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, editing, transcription, and repurposing.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a student who needs to complete a curricular internship or a newly graduated student interested in content creation, video, social media, storytelling, branding, and internet culture.

• Be comfortable appearing in front of a camera.
• Communicate naturally and confidently.
• Understand the basic dynamics of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, memes, and creator culture.
• Have a good instinct for what feels interesting, boring, forced, or shareable.
• Have basic video recording and editing skills.
• Be able to write simple and effective hooks and scripts.
• Be creative and comfortable proposing your own ideas.
• Have a good visual eye.
• Be comfortable experimenting and trying different formats.
• Be organized, reliable, and fast in execution.
• Be open to feedback and able to iterate quickly.
• Be comfortable working in a startup where priorities evolve quickly.

Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Canva, Figma, photography, videography, or AI creative tools is a plus. You don't need to know all of them.

Previous professional experience isn't required. Personal TikTok or Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, meme pages, university activities, short films, independent videos, or other creative projects are welcome.
