SATO Europe is seeking a Consumables Sales Specialist for the Italian market. You will own the full sales cycle for consumables—labels, ribbons, RFID and media—acting as a consulting partner rather than a commodity supplier.

In this role you will qualify requests, select correct media, coordinate with production and suppliers, and drive bundle-based sales while maximizing attach rates across channels.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, commercial or related field.
• Knowledge of AIDC consumables (DT/TT, wax/wax-resin/resin ribbons, adhesives, paper vs. synthetic substrates, liner vs. linerless).
• Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to close negotiations; experience in Auto-ID / labeling / consumables is a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and standard office software.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• RFQ management — qualify incoming requests for quotation and capture essential technical parameters.
• Technical media selection — translate customer needs into correct label/ribbon materials.
• Interface with production plants and external suppliers — bridge between customer and supply chain.
• Sales closing — negotiate and close deals.
• Bundle & attach-rate development — promote bundles on every hardware sale and calibrate media kits.
