CAP INGELEC is seeking a Project Director to join our Italian Datacenter team in Milano. You will drive design and build projects, guiding the entire project to success and acting as the primary client interlocutor for commercial, contractual, and project relations.

You will lead the design phase with our French specialists, coordinate construction with on-site engineers and subcontractors, manage stakeholders, and oversee pre-acceptance operations along with financial and schedule control.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

As Project Director, you join our Italian Datacenter team to carry out our projects. Working on design and build projects, your role is to guide the entire project to success. Your main missions are:

• Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning

As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 10 years of experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines. With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.
Speaking fluently Italian and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
