Saipem invites applications for a Construction Engineer in the Transportation System Construction Technical Office, part of the Energy Careers line, based in Fano (PU). You will contribute to pipelines and plant construction, support bids, and supervise field activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, and English at least B2. A 6-month extracurricular internship is expected, with a gross monthly allowance of €900.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 6 months extracurricular internship in a similar field.
• English B2 (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Prepare scopes of work for pipelines construction and RFQ for bids and projects, including technical bid evaluation.
• Draft construction operating procedures (method of statement) for pipelines and plant construction phases.
• Provide pipeline and plant construction supervision and field monitoring (subcontracted and direct hire).
• Availability for short/medium/long-term foreign missions at construction sites.
• Support bidding and execution, managing interfaces with engineering and procurement, and overseeing materials/equipment.
• Assist in setting construction strategy and execution plan, coordinating schedules and material procurement flow.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality standards and project requirements.

As Construction Engineer, You Will Join Our Department Transportation System Construction Technical Office (CSO), In The Business Line Energy Careers, Conducting The Following Activities

1. Ensure preparation of Scopes of Work for Pipelines construction and multidisciplinary for associated facilities, Request for Quotation (RFQ) for both Bid activities and acquired operational projects, including Technical Bid evaluation of construction Bidders
2. Draft construction operating procedures (Method of statement) for Pipelines and multidisciplinary plant construction phases.
3. Provide Pipeline and associated Plant construction supervision and monitoring of work performed in the field, both subcontracted and direct hire.
4. Availability for short/medium/long term foreign missions at construction Sites.
5. Support the organization during the bidding and execution of construction activities, ensuring management of interfaces with engineering and procurement departments, overseeing the availability of construction materials and equipment.
6. Support the project organization in setting the construction strategy and construction execution plan. Coordinate with the project team the setting of the schedule and coordinate with the procurement team the proper setting of the material procurement flow.
7. Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, company and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

BACKGROUND: University projects or internship within similar field

LANGUAGES: English B2 (written and spoken)

IT KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and Databases
