Scientiasrl is seeking a civil engineering professional to lead the design and technical management of construction projects from development to execution. You will support the team in design and coordination activities to ensure compliant solutions.

You will design and develop technical solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, manage the design process from preliminary phase to implementation, and collaborate with architects, surveyors, and technicians to integrate

Competenze

Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
Experience in the construction sector, preferably in design or construction companies.
Advanced knowledge of design software (Autocad, Revit, etc.) and structural calculations.
Excellent knowledge of building and safety regulations.

Mansioni

Design and development of technical solutions for construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
Management of the design process, from the preliminary phase to implementation, including drafting of specifications and technical documentation.
Collaboration with other professionals (architects, surveyors, technicians) to ensure the integration of the various project components.
Management of the bureaucratic procedures, authorizations, and permits required to carry out the work.
Coordination with the construction site to verify the technical suitability of the materials and methodologies used.
