Nadara Italy SpA is seeking a Consolidated Financial Statements Specialist in Milan to contribute to the accuracy of the Group’s financial reporting. The role involves participating in the consolidation process, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and a strong command of Microsoft Office are required.

Position Overview

R0001497 Consolidated Financial Statements Specialist (Open). We’re Nadara, a renewable energy company focused on living energy. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Milan and contribute to the accuracy and reliability of the Group’s financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the quarterly, half-year, and annual Group consolidation process, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, consolidation adjustments, journal entries, checks, and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and the notes accompanying half-year and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably within a Big Four firm (Audit) or in the consolidated financial statement department of a multinational group.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS standards.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
• A strong desire to learn and continuously develop professionally.
