Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a Software Development Engineer – Connectivity in Turin, Italy. Hybrid, full-time/contract role starting ASAP. You will design and implement software for TCU connectivity across 4G/5G, C-V2X, UWB, NFC, CAN, and Ethernet.

You will collaborate with validation, hardware, and cloud engineers, review logs, and drive defect resolution while mentoring junior engineers and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Higher education in CS/SE with 5–12 years of equivalent experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of 4G/5G Modem, C-V2X, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TLS/DTLS.
• Experience with Linux-based embedded systems and automotive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software for TCU connectivity platforms.
• Analyze validation logs, defects, and drive resolutions with the team.
• Integrate software across multiple domains and execution contexts.
• Perform performance tuning for embedded Linux and NAD environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical decisions clearly.
