Punch Torino is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Automotive Firmware team in Turin. You will contribute to the development of low-level embedded software and Complex Drivers for ECUs, owning the lifecycle from requirements through verification and integration.

You will work with AUTOSAR-based platforms, RTOS, and modern Agile methods to deliver safe, cybersecure automotive software for leading customers.

Competenze

Master's degree in Electronic, Computer or Software Engineering.
Strong knowledge of C for embedded systems.
Familiarity with MISRA-C guidelines.
Experience with AUTOSAR and automotive firmware.
Knowledge of RTOS and hardware-software interaction.
Good English communication skills.

Mansioni

Analyze system, hardware, and software requirements for automotive embedded applications.
Derive, specify, and maintain low-level software requirements for Complex Drivers and hardware-near components.
Design software architectures in line with AUTOSAR guidelines and automotive quality standards.
Ensure designs meet ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 requirements.
Develop, maintain, and optimize embedded software in C for real-time systems.
Define and execute unit tests and software verification activities.
Support integration, debugging, and troubleshooting on target hardware.
Produce software artifacts and technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with System, Hardware, Integration, and Validation teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in software development.
