Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is seeking a motivated graduate to join the Materials Team in Italy.

You will contribute to the development of innovative tyre compounds focusing on performance, sustainability, and safety. You will work on analyzing materials, coordinating with global technical centers, and supporting the industrialization of new compounds under guidance. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, materials engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of chemical, physical and mechanical characterization techniques.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop tyre compounds according to product performance specifications.
• Support industrialization and cost-reduction initiatives for new materials.
• Collaborate with global centers to align development tools and methodologies.
