ION Group cerca un Compliance Specialist per l'Italia, con sede ad Assago (MI).

La figura analizzerà le normative regolamentari, monitorerà l’impatto sui prodotti e supporterà politiche interne e relazioni con clienti e autorità. Il candidato ideale ha laurea magistrale in diritto o economia, forte conoscenza dei processi bancari e fluente in inglese e italiano.

• Laurea magistrale in diritto, economia o titolo equipollente (con Lode).
• Buona conoscenza dei processi bancari e del quadro regolatorio.
• Motivazione e passione per la Compliance.
• Atteggiamento proattivo ed entusiasta.
• Orientamento all’innovazione e all’evoluzione del business.
• Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e italiana.

Mansioni

• Sorvegliare le disposizioni regolamentari rilevanti per prodotti e sistemi offerti dal Gruppo e valutare l’efficacia delle soluzioni di compliance.
• Fornire attività di consulenza verso Clienti interni ed esterni nell’implementazione di nuovi prodotti e servizi nel campo regolatorio.
• Supportare la redazione e l’aggiornamento di politiche, procedure e istruzioni operative aziendali.
• Gestire relazioni con Clienti ed autorità esterne.
• Eseguirne altre mansioni come richiesto dal ruolo.

Your role:

Your duties and responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
• Provide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field
• Support the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructions
• Support in managing relations with Customers and external authorities.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master's degree in law, economics or an equivalent degree (with honors)
• Good knowledge of banking processes
• Good knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutions
• Strong motivation and passion for Compliance
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Drive for innovation and business evolution
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language
