Ion Group in Italy seeks a seasoned IT security professional to contribute to planning, researching, and designing security architectures across networks and data.

You will lead implementation requirements for LANs/WANs, PKI, and access controls, stay current with security standards, and mentor teams while communicating in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with distinction in computer science/engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Good knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (ISO 27001 etc.) and data protection.
• 5-10 years' experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, computer operating and software programs.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races.
• Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language.

• Develop, review, and approve the installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network device
• Research and design public key infrastructures, certification authorities, and digital signatures, and ensure all personnel have IT access limited to their need and role in the organization
• Test/Validate the final security system and update and upgrade it as needed
• Cultivate a sense of security awareness, and arrange for continuous education
• Remain up to date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products.
