ELT Group in Rom, Italien, sucht eine/n Rechts- & Compliance-Experten zur Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Compliance-Funktion und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Managementsystems.

Sie analysieren Compliance-Fragen, bewerten Risiken und erstellen Empfehlungen; Sie arbeiten an Richtlinien, Prozessen und Dokumentationen und unterstützen Audits.

Wir erwarten ein Juraabschluss, Erfahrung im Compliance-Bereich, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, vertrauliche Arbeitsweise.

Competenze

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Rechtsbereich.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance oder Rechtsabteilung w59nschenswert.
• Bereitschaft, sich mit neuen Compliance-Themen vertraut zu machen.
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Diskretion.
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und m52ndliche Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Support in establishing the Legal & Compliance function, as well as in the further development and maintenance of our management system


• Analysis and assessment of compliance issues and risks, as well as identification of necessary actions and implementation recommendations


• Participation in risk analyses, as well as the creation and maintenance of guidelines, processes, and documentation


• Preparing and following up on compliance initiatives, as well as coordinating with internal represantatives


• Coordinating and conducting internal training sessions, as well as providing support for internal inquiries and case-by-case reviews


• Preparing for, supporting, and following up on internal and external inspections and audits

You are a good fit if you have:

• A completed degree in law (LL.B./state examination) or a comparable degree; additional training as a compliance officer is a plus


• Initial experience in the field of compliance or in a legal department is desirable


• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new compliance topics and pursue targeted professional development


• A structured, meticulous approach to work and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion


• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
