Job summary

Bracco is seeking a Compliance Intern to join the Global Legal & Compliance team at our Milan headquarters. The role offers hands-on exposure to anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation within a regulated Pharma/MedTech environment.

You will support compliance activities, monitor EU/Italian legislation, assist with training programs, and help with risk assessments and reporting in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities in line with laws, industry codes, and internal policies.
• Monitor Italian and EU healthcare legislation, including data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
• Assist with training programs and track mandatory trainings for employees and third parties.
• Assist with risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal controls.
