Saipem is seeking a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead for its Milan, Italy projects. The role requires leading a dedicated team and overseeing commissioning, start-up, and handover activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget compliance.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE and client teams to ensure systems are delivered ready for operation, within project objectives and timelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical)
• Strong commissioning and start-up experience
• Leadership and stakeholder management
• HSE mindset and risk awareness

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover activities.
• Develop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, schedules, and related documentation.
• Review engineering and project documentation to ensure commissioning requirements are integrated.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces across functions.
• Ensure project safety, quality, budget, and schedule in all commissioning activities.
