Saipem is seeking a seasoned Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead to manage a dedicated team across pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities. You will ensure safe and efficient plant start-up while coordinating interfaces with multiple project teams to meet contractual objectives.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 15 years of leadership in FPSO/PLATFROM settings, and proficiency in project documentation, safety, and quality control.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
• 15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead in FPSO/PLATFROM field/industry.
• English (Advanced); French nice to have.

Mansioni

• Ensure execution of commissioning activities; lead/pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover.
• Prepare and manage commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and related documentation.
• Review engineering and project documentation; verify commissioning/operability/maintainability requirements are in deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams.
• Ensure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness; monitor KPIs and commissioning readiness.
