Zusammenfassung

Hitachi cerca un responsabile di servizio e commissioning per guidare attività di collaudo e attivazione presso siti clienti a Roma. Il ruolo richiede esperienza in sottostazioni P&C e strumenti come Omicron/ISA, oltre a conoscenze di Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.

È richiesto ottima capacità di comunicazione, problem solving e disponibilità a viaggiare. Si lavora in modello ibrido con frequenti interventi in sito per garantire consegne puntuali e conformità agli standard.

Qualifikationen

• Esperienza in commissioning di siti P&C di sottostazioni.
• Esperienza con dispositivi di test Omicron e ISA.
• Conoscenza Hitachi Microscada e RTU560; conoscenza IEC104/101 e 61850.
• Buone capacità di comunicazione e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare circa 80% presso i siti clienti.

Aufgaben

• Eseguire attività di servizio e commissioning su sistemi HV presso i siti del cliente.
• Rispettare i tempi di commissioning e garantire la handover con firma del cliente.
• Risoluzione di problemi sul posto e feedback per lezioni apprese.
• Implementare modifiche di progetto e produrre mark-up as-built.
• Coordination con il responsabile di cantiere e fornitori terzi su progetti specifici.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Conduzione di Safety Observation Tours e mitigazione dei rischi.
• Gestire liste di snags in autonomia e risolvere problemi.
• Partecipare a discussioni tecniche con i clienti durante commissioning.
• Presenziare FAT e SAT quando richiesto.

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
