Job summary

Hitachi cerca un professionista per guidare attività di servizio e commissioning di sistemi HV e SCADA/RTU presso siti client. Richiesta esperienza su sottostazioni P&C, strumenti di test Omicron/ISA e conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada/RTU560, oltre a competenze PLC e protocolli IEC104/101/61850.

Il ruolo prevede viaggi frequenti (circa 80%), modello di lavoro ibrido e interazione con team di progetto e clienti. Fluente in italiano e inglese, ottime doti comunicative e problem solving.

Qualifications

• Esperienza in commissioning di sottostazioni P&C e collaudo di sistemi HV.
• Conoscenza strumenti di test Omicron e ISA.
• Esperienza con Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza commissioning PLC e protocolli IEC104/101 e IEC61850.

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di servizio e commissioning per sistemi HV e SCADA/RTU presso sede del cliente.
• Rispettare i piani di commissioning e garantire handover con firma del cliente.
• Troubleshooting on-site e fornire feedback per miglioramenti.
• Implementare modifiche di design e produrre mark-up as-built.
• Coordinare con il site manager e fornitori terzi su progetti specifici.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l’approvazione del cliente.
• Partecipare a FAT/SAT secondo necessità.
• Conduzione di Safety Observation Tours e mitigazione dei hazard.

Job description

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
