Hitachi Grid Automation cerca un professionista per guidare le attività di service e commissioning su sistemi HV protection e SCADA/RTU presso i siti dei clienti a Roma. Sarai parte integrante del team Service & Commissioning, garantendo consegna puntuale, conformità agli standard e coinvolgendo i clienti durante commissioning, FAT e SAT.

È richiesta esperienza nel commissioning di sottostazioni, conoscenza di strumenti di test Omicron/Isa, Hitachi Microscada e RTU560, nonché competenze nei

Qualifications

• Esperienza nel commissioning di site P&C in sottostazioni.
• Uso di dispositivi di test (Omicron, Isa).
• Conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza del PLC commissioning.
• Conoscenza dei protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850.
• Conoscenza di reti e dispositivi di networking.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare circa l'80% verso i siti clienti.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.

Responsabilités

• Eseguire attività di service e commissioning per sistemi HV protection e SCADA/RTU presso i siti clienti.
• Rispettare i programmi di commissioning e garantire handover con firma del cliente.
• Troubleshooting di problemi sul campo e feedback per lezioni apprese.
• Implementare modifiche di design e produrre mark-up as-built.
• Coordinarsi con il responsabile di cantiere e fornitori terzi su progetti specifici.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Condurre Safety Observation Tours e mitigare i rischi.
• Gestire bolli di non conformità ed escalation.
• Intervenire in discussioni tecniche con i clienti durante commissioning.
• Partecipare a FAT/SAT secondo necessità.

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
