Job summary

Hitachi è alla ricerca di un responsabile Service & Commissioning per guidare attività di servizio e commissioning nei sistemi HV presso sedi del cliente a Roma. L’incarico prevede supporto nell’implementazione di modifiche di progetto, preparazione di documenti as-built e coordinamento con site manager e terze parti per assicurare consegna e accettazione del cliente.

Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza nella messa in servizio P&C, conoscenza di Omicron/Isa, Hitachi Microscada e RTU560,

Qualifications

• Esperienza nella messa in servizio di siti P&C in sottostazioni.
• Esperienza con dispositivi di prova (Omicron, Isa).
• Conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza della programmazione PLC e della messa in servizio di automazione.
• Conoscenza di protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850.

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di servizio e messa in servizio per sistemi HV presso i siti del cliente.
• Rispettare i programmi di commissioning e garantire il passaggio al cliente.
• Troubleshooting on-site e fornire feedback per lezioni apprese.
• Implementare modifiche al design e produrre marcature as-built.
• Coordinarsi con il responsabile di sito e fornitori terzi sui progetti.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Effettuare Safety Observation Tours e mitigare i rischi.
• Gestire snags in autonomia e risolvere le issue.
• Intervenire in discussioni tecniche con i clienti durante commissioning.
• Partecipare a FAT e SAT secondo necessità.

Job description

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
