Un prestigioso hotel di lusso a Anacapri cerca aiuto cuoco per supportare il team di cucina. È richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni in strutture di lusso, buona conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina italiana e rispetto degli standard di igiene. L'offerta prevede un contratto a tempo determinato da maggio a novembre 2024 con disponibilità full time. Alloggio previsto.

• supporta il capo partita durante le fasi di preparazione dei piatti
• crea e presenta i piatti conformemente alle schede tecniche e in funzione delle disposizioni del responsabile
• partecipa al ricevimento delle merci e allo stoccaggio
• è responsabile della qualità del proprio operato
• effettua la pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro
• evita gli sprechi di merci e partecipa agli inventari
• Inside the restaurant :
• supports the chef de partie during the preparation of the dishes
• creates and presents the dishes in accordance with the technical data sheets and according to the instructions of the person in charge
• participates in the receipt of goods and storage
• is responsible for the quality of his work
• cleans his workplace
• avoid wasting goods and participate in inventories
• Qualifiche
• È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 2 anni in strutture di lusso di pari livello.
• Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di base della cucina italiana
• Rispetto degli standard di igiene sul lavoro e personali
• Serietà, responsabilità e passione
• Propensione al lavoro in team
