San Clemente Palace Venice, located on the private island of San Clemente and a short complimentary boat ride from Piazza San Marco, seeks staff for the 2027 season (late March to late October). The hotel offers 190 rooms and suites, three restaurants, and a unique setting for events and weddings.

Join the Food & Beverage team to deliver courteous, professional service in accordance with the hotel’s DNA values and HACCP hygiene standards.

Competenze

• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Italy with valid permit.
• All hotel safety and HACCP guidelines must be followed.

Mansioni

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and HACCP hygiene rules.
• Report to duty punctually in proper uniform with nametag.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel services and F&B offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and report feedback to supervisors.
• Follow hotel fire, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head Department.
