ADLER Spa Resorts & Retreats in Ortisei, Italy, invites applications for a Commis de Rang (f/m/d) starting in autumn 2026. Join the 5* ADLER Dolomiti team and contribute to outstanding service in Val Gardena.

You will support the Chef de Rang during service, maintain the service areas, ensure tables and mise en place are perfectly arranged, and greet guests with warmth. Benefits include free meals and accommodation, regular hours, training opportunities, and the chance to grow your hospitality

Competenze

• Hotel school graduation.
• Good knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
• Hospitality-focused with guest needs.
• Team player with colleagues.

Mansioni

• You support the Chef de Rang during the service.
• You prepare and maintain the service areas properly in order.
• You ensure that the table and mise en place are always perfectly arranged.
• You assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile.
