IKEA Gruppe in Trieste, Italy, is seeking a Day-One leader to run a new Plan & Order Point, meeting customers, designing solutions and turning ideas into reality.

You will lead a team, focus on customer-centric actions, and collaborate with internal partners to drive growth and improve service. This permanent role offers an inclusive culture and a starting gross salary of €33,400 with competitive benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience
• Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results
• Grow and develop your team, building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform and grow
• Work closely with other teams to share ideas, improve ways of working and strengthen overall performance

Permanent contract classified at Level II under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €33,400 .

We believe in valuing everyone’s unique contribution, which is why the final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, professional background and overall qualifications in line with internal equity principles and the specific scope of the role.
