Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support strategic commercial customer agreements, technology transactions, and commercial engagements that power its global connectivity mission.

You will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions, advise cross-functionally with product, business development, and operations teams, and help build scalable legal frameworks for rapid growth in satellite connectivity and related ventures.

Competenze

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Mansioni

• Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements and channel partner agreements.
• Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational and strategic considerations.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks enabling rapid business growth while managing risk.
