Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership of your startup and scale to €100M+ revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
• Engage in a customised personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive support in hiring through EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for fundraising with millions in funding.
• Iterate the product with EWOR until product-market-fit is reached and build a sales/marketing engine.
