Job summary

Lincotek-Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Italy to be the technical reference for all production activities across the product lifecycle in a precision forging environment. You will drive manufacturing efficiency by coordinating forging, finishing, and packaging while ensuring ISO 13485 compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, prepare process parameter sheets, manage ERP data (BOMs, routings, technical data), and support projects with timelines and

Responsibilities

Define manufacturing processes and product improvements in collaboration with Forging Shift Leaders, Finishing Coordinators, Designers, and Tooling teams
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and process parameter sheets required for production
Manage product and process data within ERP systems (BOMs, routings, technical data, dimensions, images, scans, etc.)
Act as the primary technical interface between internal departments and external suppliers for assigned components
Support customer communication together with Project Managers to ensure alignment on timelines, costs, and technical requirements
Collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product conformity and support validation activities
Coordinate with Production Planning and Finishing teams to schedule prototyping activities and process improvement initiatives
