Docebo, a leading AI-powered learning platform, is seeking a Cloud Engineer I to help scale and secure multi-tenant AWS environments in a hybrid Milan-area setup.

You will implement infrastructure changes, automate provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation, monitor health with Datadog and CloudWatch, and collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE to deliver reliable cloud services for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on project experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering with AWS exposure.
• Proficient in Linux scripting (Bash/Python) and Git with CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to continually grow in cloud engineering.

Responsabilités

• Build foundational cloud infrastructure changes for multi-tenant AWS environments.
• Automate provisioning and maintenance with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Configure observability dashboards and alerts (Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Troubleshoot issues in non-production environments and apply fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE to translate requirements into cloud changes.
• Support security and patching routines; monitor compliance dashboards.
• Document runbooks and scripts for team reuse.
