Responsibilities
  • Translate protocol objectives into a comprehensive operational plan, coordinating documentation, vendor selection and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage daily trial execution including start-up, logistics, monitoring, imaging, and data collection, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead operational meetings, maintain relationships with internal and external partners, and deliver concise reports to clinical and scientific leadership.
  • Ensure inspection-readiness and GCP/SOP compliance, overseeing TMF, monitoring activities, audits, and training.
  • Oversee budget and invoicing, support Finance with forecasts and analysis, and contribute to process and tool optimization.
Qualifications
  • Life-science degree required; advanced degrees (MSc, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
  • ≥5 years in clinical study management, including ≥2 years as CPM/Study Lead; CRA and vendor-side experience highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU CTR, FDA IND; experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, and imaging endpoints (PET tracers).
  • Proven track record in global trial management; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement across functions.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments; proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, CTMS).
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
