IBA Dosimetry is seeking a clinical strategist to advocate for real-world workflows and translate clinical needs into product specs. You will work across product development, validation, and customer scenarios to ensure solutions meet clinical realities and future trends.

The role requires collaborating with oncologists, engineers, and scientists, plus travel 40–50% domestically. You’ll help shape the next generation of radiation therapy tools and services at IBA.

Formación

• Provide clinical input throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate clinical workflows into product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input.
• Support first clinical use and implementation of new solutions.
• Travel 40–50% domestically as part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clinical workflows, use cases, and applicability expertise within IBA Dosimetry.
• Identify clinical trends and emerging needs and communicate insights.
• Provide input to Product Managers and Technical Leads to support business cases.
• Bridge clinical practice with development and guide evolution of clinical solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with clinical requirements.
