Hitachi Rail cerca un Test Engineer motivato per il Dipartimento di Rolling Stock - Climate Chamber Laboratory a Pistoia (IT).

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettronica e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ingegneria sul campo, conoscenze di calibrazione, strumenti di laboratorio e programmazione (C/C++, .NET, Python). Disponibilità a viaggi nazionali/internazionali.

Competenze

• Calibrazione di strumenti di laboratorio richiesta.
• Aptitudine per attività sperimentali e analisi.
• Buona capacità di lavoro in team.
• Conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione (C, C++, .NET, C#, Python).
• Buona conoscenza di Office e database (Excel, Access, SQL Server).
• Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ingegneria di campo.
• Disponibilità a viaggi nazionali e internazionali.

Mansioni

• Supporto al ciclo di calibrazione e certificazione strumenti di laboratorio.
• Gestione della scadenza dei certificati di calibrazione.
• Analisi delle specifiche di test per HVAC.
• Progettazione dell’attrezzatura per i test.
• Preparazione documentazione tecnica per acquisto attrezzature.
• Sviluppo procedura di test conforme a specifiche e norme.
• Supporto al Lab Team nel setup del banco di test.
• Esecuzione della campagna di test insieme al team.
• Analisi dei dati di test secondo specifiche e standard.
• Preparazione dei report di test.
• Gestione strumentazione e attrezzature di laboratorio.
• Supporto al Lab Manager con clienti e fornitori.
• Sviluppo Lab Quality System.
• Presentazioni durante visite in pianta.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Test Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks within our Rolling Stock Engineering Department - Climate Chamber Laboratory. The position is based in Pistoia - IT.

Accountabilities

• Support for managing the entire calibration and certification cycle of laboratory instruments (for instance PT100 temperature sensor).
• Support for managing the calibration certificate expiry schedule of all laboratory instruments.
• Support the analysis of the test specifications from Design Department regarding HVAC Testing
• Support design of the equipment necessary for the proper test execution
• Prepare the technical documents for the Purchasing phase of the Test equipment.
• Develop the test procedure according to the Test Specifications , applicable International Standards and specific Regulations.
• Support the Lab Team Specialists for the Test Bench setup.
• Execute the test campaign together with the Test Team
• Analyze the test data according to Test Specifications and Standards.
• Prepare the test reports.
• Management of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Support the Lab Manager /Senior Test Engineer in interfacing with Customers, Lab Suppliers or quality organizations.
• Support the development of the Lab Quality System.
• Conduct laboratory presentations during plant visits.

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Knowledge of instrument calibration processes and procedures
• Strong interest and aptitude in experimental activities.
• Good ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of at least one computer programming language (for instance C, C++,.Net, C#, Python)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and databases such as Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
• Experience (at least 5 years) in the field engineering
• Availability for national and international business trips

Desired Skills/ Knowledge

• Knowledge/Experience of EN14750 & EN13129 Standard
• Knowledge/Experience of Mechanical Testing and/or Stress Experimental Analysis
• Experimental thesis
• Knowledge of Sw Scientific Tools (Matlab or Labview).
• Knowledge/Experience of Measurement Process/Analysis and Acquisition Systems

Education / Qualifications

Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Languages

Italian, English (B2)

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €
