Hitachi Rail S.p.A. cerca un Test Engineer motivato per il laboratorio Climate Chamber della divisione Rolling Stock a Pistoia (IT).

La risorsa supporterà calibrazione, certificazione e test secondo standard internazionali, contribuendo all’analisi dati e alla preparazione dei report di prova. Requisiti includono laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettronica, conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione (C, C++, .Net, C#, Python), esperienza di almeno 5 anni e disponibilità a viaggiare a

Competenze

• Conoscenza di processi e procedure di calibrazione di strumenti.
• Forte interesse per attività sperimentali e lavoro di squadra.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo efficace in team.
• Conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione (C, C++, .Net, C#, Python).
• Buona conoscenza di Office e database (Excel, Access, SQL Server).
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in engineering sul campo e disponibilità a viaggiare nazionalmente/internazionalmente.

Mansioni

• Supporto nel ciclo di calibrazione e certificazione di strumenti di laboratorio.
• Gestione della scadenza dei certificati di calibrazione per gli strumenti.
• Analisi delle specifiche di test dall’Engineering in HVAC.
• Progettazione dell’attrezzatura necessaria per l’esecuzione dei test.
• Preparazione della documentazione tecnica per la fase di Acquisto delle attrezzature di test.
• Sviluppo delle procedure di test secondo le specifiche e standard internazionali.
• Supporto al Lab Team per l’allestimento del banco di prova.
• Esecuzione della campagna di test insieme al Test Team.
• Analisi dei dati di test secondo le specifiche e gli standard.
• Preparazione dei report di test.
• Gestione di strumentazione e attrezzature di laboratorio.
• Supporto al Lab Manager/Senior Test Engineer nel dialogo con clienti, fornitori e organismi di qualità.
• Sviluppo del Lab Quality System.
• Conduzione di presentazioni di laboratorio durante visite in plant.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Test Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks within our Rolling Stock Engineering Department - Climate Chamber Laboratory. The position is based in Pistoia - IT.

Accountabilities

• Support for managing the entire calibration and certification cycle of laboratory instruments ( for instance PT100 temperature sensor).
• Support for managing the calibration certificate expiry schedule of all laboratory instruments.
• Support the analysis of the test specifications from Design Department regarding HVAC Testing
• Support design of the equipment necessary for the proper test execution
• Prepare the technical documents for the Purchasing phase of the Test equipment.
• Develop the test procedure according to the Test Specifications , applicable International Standards and specific Regulations.
• Support the Lab Team Specialists for the Test Bench setup.
• Execute the test campaign together with the Test Team
• Analyze the test data according to Test Specifications and Standards.
• Prepare the test reports .
• Management of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Support the Lab Manager /Senior Test Engineer in interfacing with Customers, Lab Suppliers or quality organizations.
• Support the development of the Lab Quality System .
• Conduct laboratory presentations during plant visits.

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Knowledge of instrument calibration processes and procedures
• Strong interest and aptitude in experimental activities .
• Good ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of at least one computer programming language (for instance C, C++,.Net, C#, Python)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and databases such as Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
• Experience (at least 5 years) in the field engineering
• Availability for national and international business trips

Desired Skills/ Knowledge

• Knowledge/Experience of EN14750 & EN13129 Standard
• Knowledge/Experience of Mechanical Testing and/or Stress Experimental Analysis
• Experimental thesis
• Knowledge of Sw Scientific Tools (Matlab or Labview).
• Knowledge/Experience of Measurement Process/Analysis and Acquisition Systems

Education / Qualifications

Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Italian, English (B2)

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l'industria metalmeccanica privata e l'installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €
