IOM – UN Migration invites applications for a Project Associate role within the CMIL Mediterranean hub, supporting project monitoring, financial tracking, and administrative coordination across units. Competenze

• Five years of relevant experience with a High School diploma.
• Three years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in finance, accounting, budgeting or administrative support, preferably within an international organization.
• Familiarity with financial rules, internal controls and audits.

Mansioni

• Assist with project operations and financial monitoring.
• Retrieve, compile, analyse and present financial information for project needs.
• Monitor budgets and verify funds availability and approvals.
• Coordinate administrative actions with units and external parties.
• Draft status reports, briefing notes and correspondence.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist in monitoring internal workflows including procurement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
