Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) in Italy is seeking a Consulting Manager to join as a key project team member, delivering end recommendations for clients. The role requires leading initiatives, managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across marketing, sales, risk and regional teams.

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
The VCA team in Italy provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and data solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in a wide range of card business such as strategic growth, digital & product strategy and card life cycle management.
We are currently looking for a Consulting Manager to work as a key member of the project team, delivering the end recommendation for the client.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The estimated salary range for this position is €57,000 to €67,000 and €87,100 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a competitive benefits package for which this position will be eligible.
