Giorgio Armani Boutique in Venezia is seeking a Client Advisor to reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail, and product knowledge. You will deliver an outstanding client experience and help build loyalty among potential and existing customers.

The role requires at least four years in a similar position within fashion/luxury, a higher education degree, and fluent English. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential, with a base salary range

Context and purpose of the job

Within the Giorgio Armani Boutique in Venezia, you will join the team as a Client Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
• Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit

The base salary range for this position is 25.000 - 30.000 euros
