Nella boutique Emporio Armani di Orio Al Serio (OrioCenter), cerchiamo un/una Client Advisor capace di riflettere la filosofia del brand e di mantenere professionalità, attenzione al dettaglio e competenze tecniche.

Responsabilità: offrire un’eccezionale esperienza al cliente, costruire fedeltà, monitorare KPI, mantenere l’immagine del punto vendita e gestire rifornimenti e stock per massimizzare le vendite.

Qualifications

• 1–2 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo (fashion & luxury preferibile)
• Diploma di scuola superiore e/o laurea
• Italiano fluente e inglese
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Mastery of clienteling activities (gestione relazioni con i clienti)

Responsibilities

• Garantire un’esperienza cliente eccellente e costruire fedeltà della clientela
• Monitorare le performance e i KPI assegnati
• Mantieni un’immagine impeccabile della boutique
• Assicurare la corretta gestione dei prodotti, rifornimento e stock di magazzino
• Massimizzare le vendite attraverso una gestione accurata delle categorie

Context and purpose of the job

Within the Emporio Armani store in Orio Al Serio (OrioCenter), you will join the team as Client Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
• Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements

• One or two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mastery of clienteling activities

The base salary for this position is 25.000 euros
