Giorgio Armani in Rome is seeking a Client Advisor (Part-time 24H) to reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

You will deliver an outstanding client experience, build loyalty with new and existing clients, monitor performance against KPIs and ensure impeccable store presentation and stock replenishment to maximise sales.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry.
• Higher education diploma and/or degree.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit.

Within one of our stores in Rome, you will join the team as Client Advisor (Part-time 24H). In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Requirements

Must have skills

• At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit

Nice to have skills

• Mastery of clienteling activities
• Fluency in any other language apart from English is surely appreciated

The base salary range for this position is 25.000 - 27.000 euros
