adidas Retail Marketing Activation Expert role in Rome connects Concept Stores with the city and communities, driving brand heat and business impact. You will orchestrate retail activations, events, influencers, PR, media and community engagement to keep stores best in class.

You’ll bridge consumer journeys with adidas brand strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful activations that elevate perception and store performance.

Competenze

• University degree in marketing and business or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years in marketing, communication, retail or retail marketing.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver activations and/or events.

Mansioni

• Execute seasonal activation program aligned with adidas brand guidelines for Concept stores.
• Develop local activations (windows, in-store comms, events, PR & influencer activations).
• Plan, organize and deliver high-quality activations and events within stores.
• Collaborate with store leadership to integrate activations into the consumer journey.
• Build relationships with local communities and influencers relevant to sport and culture.
