Learning Care Group seeks an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility and assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

As part of our team, you will lead with accountability, foster a caring environment, recruit and retain staff, and contribute toward profitability while upholding licensing standards and company values.

Qualificações

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must hold a Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher with Child Care listed as a qualifying area.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must hold a Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher with Child Care listed as a qualifying area.
