Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Rotational Chief Officer for a 70m+ charter motor yacht, joining in Capri, Italy. The role requires strong charter experience and a pro, guest-focused mindset for a busy Mediterranean programme.

The candidate should have 5+ years as Chief Officer, STCW, ENG1, and valid visa permissions. Permanent position with a 10:10 leave rotation and shared accommodation on board.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Chief Officer on a similar-sized yacht
• Extensive charter experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of yacht SMS and ISM procedures
• Professional, polished and guest-focused
• Clean-cut appearance with no visible tattoos
• Fit, active and dynamic
• Confident leading the deck team and working closely with owners and guests, including children
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills

• Chief Mate 3000 CoC

• Valid STCW

• Valid ENG1

• Schengen visa (where applicable)

• Valid B1/B2 visa
