Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Chief Officer for a 50m motor yacht based in Italy. The role is ideal for an experienced 2nd Officer ready to step up or an existing Chief Officer seeking a new challenge.

Key requirements include a Chief Mate 3000 license, 2-3 years' experience on a similar size yacht, and exceptional bridge and leadership skills. Charter experience and strong guest services are highly valued; Schengen visa is required. Start date ASAP with 40 days leave.

Location: Italy

Salary: EUR 6500

Leave: 40 days

Male only due to cabin arrangements

Program & Itinerary- Mainly private with some charter use. Single season, med cruising. Winter based in Italy.
