hlpy is building the future of mobility across Europe. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team, turning ambitious ideas into company‑wide execution.

This is not a support role; it is a high‑impact position with visibility across functions and countries. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, lead cross‑functional projects, support integrations of acquisitions, and help set priorities.

What you'll be working on

There is no typical week.

Depending on the company's priorities, you could be:

• Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple countries.
• Leading cross‑functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and HR.
• Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.
• Preparing Board materials, executive presentations and strategic analyses.
• Helping define company priorities and tracking execution across the organization.
• Working alongside department leaders to remove execution bottlenecks.
• Improving internal processes to make the company more scalable.
• Supporting organizational projects and leadership initiatives.
• Representing the CEO in selected internal and external initiatives when appropriate.
