Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Managing Director by shaping priorities, driving execution, and aligning initiatives with the company’s long-term plan.
You will synthesize data, run in-depth analyses, guide cross‑functional teams, and push for rigorous testing of hypotheses to keep HP competitive and adaptable in a fast-changing market.
This role provides strategic and operational support to the Managing Director, helping to drive business priorities, facilitate decision-making, and ensure the effective execution of the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. The role develops strategic recommendations by overseeing synthesis of data, conduction of in-depth analysis, and rigorous testing of hypotheses, ensuring well-informed strategic choices.
Recommended Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
The base pay range for this role is € 63.350,00 to € 99.850,00 annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses.
