Role

To fuel this next chapter, were looking for a Chief of Marketing & Sales. A strategic and hands-on leader who owns our marketing and B2C sales engine end-to-end, leading two high-impact teams to shape Booleans brand and convert interest into enrolments at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Booleans marketing and B2C sales functions with full-funnel ownership — from brand awareness to sales. Drive growth strategy, inspire and grow high-performing teams, and ensure every euro spent works harder for our mission.
  • Own the marketing & B2C sales strategy. Define, execute, and continuously refine an integrated plan aligned with Booleans growth goals.
  • Lead and grow the Marketing and Sales teams. Set direction, coach talent, and ensure high performance.
  • Oversee brand positioning & messaging. Ensure we stand out in a competitive EdTech market and continue to evolve a brand that speaks clearly to both B2C and B2B.
  • Drive acquisition & conversion. Oversee growth strategy in collaboration with our Head of Growth, while taking full ownership of marketing and B2C sales execution: guide campaign direction, oversee messaging and creative alignment, support design strategy, and run a tight sales operation that converts interest into student signups.
  • Own and manage a multi-million euro marketing and sales budget ensuring resources are deployed effectively, responsibly, and in line with our growth goals in close collaboration with the growth team.
  • Set and track KPIs. Monitor CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, pipeline health, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate across functions. Work with Product, Admissions, and Operations to align initiatives and ensure a frictionless customer experience.
  • Build strategic partnerships. Strengthen relationships with platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) and explore new acquisition channels.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture. Run experiments, analyse results, and scale what works.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in senior leadership roles within marketing and B2C sales, with 6+ years total experience in marketing and B2C sales.
  • Proven track record in scaling acquisition and revenue in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and funnel optimisation, with a proven ability to lead high performing startup teams.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
