Job summary

Novartis in Milano seeks a Medical Neuroscience Head to lead the country’s scientific strategy across the Neuroscience portfolio. You will spearhead medical strategy, evidence generation, and external partnerships to improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive publications, and ensure high scientific integrity while advancing lifecycle plans and pre-launch through launch activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Neuroscience or Life Sciences.
• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Significant Medical Affairs/Clinical Development experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to lead medical strategies across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country-specific Medical Neuroscience strategy.
• Lead local evidence generation, RWE/HEOR initiatives, and publications.
• Engage with medical experts, societies, and institutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Novartis standards.
