Family Hotel Posta in St. Cristina (Val Gardena) is seeking an experienced Waiter / Chef de Rang (f/m) for the 2026/27 winter season. The role focuses on welcoming guests and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic hotel restaurant.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent Italian and English, and a German language advantage. Meals and accommodation are offered, along with a young, motivated team and a professional work environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in the role or in a similar position.
• Good command of Italian and English.
• Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
• Professionalism, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong guest orientation.

Mansioni

• Welcoming and assisting guests during restaurant service
• Serving food and beverages independently and professionally, in line with the hotel’s standards
• Preparing and maintaining the mise en place and keeping the restaurant area tidy
• Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Paying close attention to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
