Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels South Tyrol is seeking hospitality professionals to represent the station and manage guest interactions with confidence. You will assist with menu explanations and coordinate with the kitchen to meet guest needs, delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner service with care.

Applicants should have an apprenticeship in gastronomy, experience in upscale settings, and German/Italian language skills with English knowledge.

Job Description

• Representation of the assigned area
• Safe and independent management of the station
• Receiving guest requests and suggestions
• Advising guests on menu selection and requests
  Information and explanation on the method of preparation, consequently prior consultation with the kitchen
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner service each with mis en place, table service and subsequent cleaning work

Your profile

• a completed apprenticeship in the gastronomy
• experience in the upscale gastronomy
• command of the German and Italian language as well as knowledge of English
• well-groomed appearance and good manners

the proposed monthly salary (seasonal employment/full-time) ranges from € 1,993,35 to € 2,418.35 gross; placement within this salary range is determined on the basis of education, professional experience and specialist skills, in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Accommodation Sector, Category H (negotiable).
