Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple functions and geographies. You will lead the change management workstream, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and effective communications.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale SAP programmes, cross-country delivery, and familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive organisational change adoption across multiple business functions and geographies.

This is a high-profile role within a complex transformation programme, where you will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption throughout the SAP S/4HANA journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisational change management workstream for a multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans.
• Design and deliver communications, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.
• Partner with business leaders, programme teams, system integrators, and local stakeholders.
• Define and track adoption, readiness, and change success metrics.
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support training strategy development and end-user enablement activities.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Change Lead or Senior Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong track record delivering organisational change within SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA.
• Experience managing change across multiple countries and culturally diverse environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communications, training, and business readiness.
• Ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience working in complex matrixed organisations.
• Familiarity with recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Previous involvement in finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or shared services transformations.
• Prosci, Change Management, or Project Management certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
