Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an ambitious mid-career professional to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer in Italy. You will run a up to 24-month search with support from NCA, and take on the CEO role in the acquired company.

The program offers base compensation and vested shares, with no investment in startups. Applicants should have 15+ years of experience, executive leadership with P&L, and fluency in English and Italian, plus MBA credentials.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses in Italy.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a strategic business vision.

Responsabilités

• Establish a search process with defined criteria to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from the Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans.
• Grow the business through marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and portfolio, identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead geographic expansion and market-entry strategies.
• Ensure efficient operations and profitable growth.
