Page Executive seeks a strategic leader to drive a private equity-backed intralogistics group through domestic and international expansion from its South Italy base in Savona. You will own the growth agenda, balance governance with agility, and strengthen the commercial organisation to deliver profitability and value creation.
The role demands proven leadership across functions, strong customer and partner engagement, and the ability to translate investment strategy into operational execution.
Competenze
- Proven track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing/commercial environments.
- Experience in leading sales organisations and distribution networks.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and people-building skills.
- Ability to synthesize business opportunities with the investment strategy.
Mansioni
- Coordinate all business functions and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead development and strengthening of the commercial organisation, and represent the company to key customers, distributors, and agents.
- Own P&L performance and drive growth, efficiency and financial results.
- Optimize operational and project management processes to increase agility.
- Develop annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan for Board review.
- Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and rationalize product portfolio for standardization and scale.
- Support expansion and diversification of business lines in line with market opportunities.
